At Landloch Studio we offer full service in-house design across the state of Texas. We provide free consultations and work one on one with our clients to create unique designs tailored to your specific needs. We are design only; we have great landscape contractors we recommend for installations.

Some of our services include:

Residential / Commercial Projects

  • We specialize in both residential and commercial projects. No job is too small! Installing yourself but lost on what kind of planting to do? We are happy to collaborate with you.

Planting Design

  • We are knowledgeable in all types of planting design including native, drought tolerant, tropical, lush, formal/informal planting.

Pool Design

  • We create custom pool layouts featuring water falls, underwater benches, swim up bars, tanning ledges, and the surrounding deck. We ensure the pool layout creates a functional and cohesive design with the rest of the backyard space. A pool contractor would then execute the design.

Hardscape Design

  • Hardscape design includes elements such as walks, patios, flagstone, decks, etc.

Lighting Design

  • Enjoy your space at night with custom lighting design; festoon, pendant lighting, uplights, downlights, etc.

Custom detailing

  • We custom-design site elements such as decorative walls, fireplaces, retaining walls, etc. Details are provided for installation purposes.

3D Computer Graphics

  • Construction documents show your plan as seen from above, which can be hard to visualize. Some clients prefer to see rendered 3D graphics to get a better understanding of the proposed design. This is especially helpful if your site has a lot of grade.

Section/Elevations

  • Sections / elevations are a great way to understand how the grade is working throughout your site. Especially if there are steps or retaining walls.

Grading / Retaining

  • Many sites throughout the greater San Antonio area struggle with large grade changes, or several feet of exposed foundation. We can create retaining walls, tiered spaces, and more to combat steep grade changes.

Market and Presentation Renderings

  • We specialize in presentation-level graphics, including hand graphics, computer modeling, perspectives, and sections/elevations.
